How We Work

Engraving Quality Guide – Read Before Submitting
To ensure the highest quality for your custom logos, names, or phrases, please follow these guidelines:

  • Flatter is better: A flat, leveled surface allows for cleaner, deeper, and more accurate engraving.

  • Avoid heavy curves or textured areas: These can cause distortions or inconsistencies in the final result.

  • Submit clear artwork: Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) or high-resolution images work best.

  • Keep it simple: Clean, bold designs translate better onto metal surfaces.

Best Laser Placements

Laser engraving works best on flat metal surfaces. These areas allow for the cleanest and most accurate detail, especially with etching, engraving, and color-change finishes.

While it’s still possible to engrave curved or uneven areas, results may vary depending on the material and surface height. For the best quality and precision, we always recommend choosing flat areas when possible.
